Schisandra Berry: (Schisandra chinensis)

Lobelia:

Known to treat asthma, bronchitis, pneumonia and cough. Clearing of toxins in the body. It has anti spasmodic, diuretic and sedative properties. Is calming by helping to ease tension, panic and muscle spasms. May reduce inflammation. In china it has widely been used as folk medicine for the treatment of lung cancer.

Certain health conditions should avoid lobelia including pregnancy.

 

Mullein: (Verbascum Thapsus)

Mullein is an expectorant, which means it helps the body expel excess mucus, usually by helping make your coughs more productive, to bring up mucus that may be settling in the chest or in the throat. It is also a demulcent. Studies show that demulcents create a soothing anti-inflammatory coating over mucous membranes. Recommended by herbal specialists for asthma, cough, common cold, bronchitis and COPD. Test tube studies showed that this herb may have some strong anti viral effects.

Eucalyptus: (Eucalyptus Globulus): Highly under used herb in the horse world as a quick search has cautioning. Further digging and research shows eucalyptus leaves being used in a salt lick, leaves being sold and fed whole to horses, as well as eucalyptus treats. Instructions

Keep It Simple

Dose per feeding:

Recommended twice per day.

Adult Horse 1000lb & over, 1 Tablespoon

Adult Horse 500-1,000lb, ½ – 1 Tablespoon

Adult Horse 400lb & under, 1-2 Teaspoons

 

Directions for use:

Pre – soak pellets or feed in water. Add mix.

Add additional water as needed.
