Distance Radius of Travel. This is PER STOP. Price does not change based on routes or areas.
0-25 miles – 1 horse required or $125
26-50 miles – 2 horses required or $250

You are welcome to ask me for a quote for father than this, understanding that this range is more challenging for a maintenance schedule or for chronic issues that require more frequent sessions. I will need a group of horses to make trips further than 50 miles one way. Therefore, haul in may be the best option for you.

**I used to be of the mindset that horses who had to be hauled wouldn’t have as good of a massage experience/benefit as one who wasn’t. However, since performing more haul ins – the reports from owners are the same. Horses are still relaxed when they get home, rolling & showing relaxing behaviors never seen before.

Integrative Massage with Muscle Tape $125

*Certified (CESMT)

Providing relief from pain, increased range of motion, reduction of inflammation, improving mood and so much more. Sports massage is becoming a regular routine for the pasture horse and those in competition. My custom sports massage includes an incorporation of methods I have continued learning such as Muscle Taping, Aromatherapy, Acupressure, Jim Masterson Method, Meridian Release, Cranio Sacral and More. I execute what I feel the horse needs in that moment to provide a therapeutic session. Learn more HERE.

***I will be rotating in raindrop massages this year at least every quarter with integrative sessions. I will let you know when your horse is due for one and we will discuss schedule to best fit this session. This will be part of what I incorporate for your equine’s regular wellness routine as there are too many benefits of this therapy to not be doing it. This will aid in furthering the depth of our integrative sessions.

***Impression pad ride: I have the impression pad and am offering two free rides this year for those receiving regular bodywork. I’m suggesting once every 6 months to see how your saddle is truly fitting if you choose. I am not offering back measuring right now. I have free videos for you to easily watch, measure your horse yourself and move forward in utilizing a professional who specializes in saddles and fitting. My goal is to bring awareness to this important aspect and the affect it has on the body.

Raindrop Massage $125 *Certified

Therapeutic essential oils help to bring about balance and wellness to the horse and rider while boosting the immune system, alleviating pain and aiding in detoxification. Service available to both horse and rider. Learn more HERE.

Rehabilitation Therapy *Certified (CERT)

A 30 day boarding program that includes 7 sport massages, specific days of work and of rest. For the horse recovering from injury or for the horse needing to get back into shape. This takes place on site at Essential Equine Therapies. Custom rehab program can be created based on the needs of the horse and that owner can complete at home. This has been done long distance before with vet approval. Pricing varies.

Muscle Tape (one area is included in massage session) *Certified

Supports natural movement while alleviating pain, increasing healing, circulation and supporting tendons and ligaments. Improves range of motion, supports during rehabilitation, decreases muscle spasms and so much more. Learn more HERE.

Impression Pad Ride $75

Does your saddle fit? This proves whether it does or not!

If it is determined and we can see that your saddle has major pressure points as is not a good fit, there may not be a need to ride in the impression pad. FLEX TREES CANNOT BE RIDDEN WITH THE IMPRESSION PAD. THEY CAN BREAK THE PAD. (as per the company who made it)

$15 for each additional saddle / impression pad ride at this same visit

Out of state $125 per horse

I need a certain number of horses to make a trip and cover expenses. Typically, a barn or area rounds them up and I massage at one location or a few very close together. Contact for details.

Frequently Asked Questions

• Pay at time of booking : I will accept full payment up front at the time of booking to reserve your day and time. This will be paid ahead in person at current session or online.
• I understand that Chelsea needs a clean and dry place to work outside of the weather and if I can not provide this I need to let her know.
• I understand that I am required to be present or within shouting distance at session so Chelsea is not alone. Unless otherwise discussed or exceptions are made, this is for safety and in case of an emergency.
• I understand that my horse must be fully groomed, clean and dry for their session.
• I understand that Chelsea does her best to be hands on at the start of the appointment time and does her best to arrive 15 minutes early. If she can and is in area of cell service, she will do her best to alert me if that will change.
• Cancellation Policy: At least 72 hour advance notice is required when canceling (or re-scheduling) an appointment. Cancellation or re-schedule for any reason within 72 hours of scheduled appointment time will result in a refund of half (50%) of the services already paid for. Appointments canceled outside of the 72 hour window will receive a full refund of services purchased. Continued cancellations will result in removal from future schedule completely.
• No-shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.”  There will be no refunds.
• Late Arrivals & not being ready for your session: Your session time booked will end at the allotted time, regardless of the time you arrive or are ready. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session fee. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time for your appointment. 
• Schedule out the year: I’m offering pre-payment of quarterly sessions this year for peace of mind. Want to schedule out a session per quarter? When unexpected financial emergencies pop up, you can be stress free knowing your horse will receive a session every three months! Book additional sessions as needed in between.
• Haul in Locations: Currently located at my home in Manchester, TN and location in Decherd, TN. I am looking for additional locations. If you have a barn or facility with safe and clean area for bodywork, easy truck and trailer access, please contact me. I am currently looking for a location in Murfreesboro.
